Privacy policy

This is a static informational website. We do not run accounts, newsletters or comment systems, and we do not collect or store personal data ourselves.

Third parties. Booking links go to GetYourGuide, and the homepage shows a GetYourGuide availability widget. When you use them, GetYourGuide may set cookies and process your data under the GetYourGuide privacy policy. The map on the homepage is embedded from Google Maps, and web fonts are served by Google Fonts; both log requests under Google's privacy policy. Your currency choice is kept in your own browser only.

Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

Photos. Tour and gallery photos are provider images from the GetYourGuide listings for tours in Port Stephens and Jervis Bay. The other scene images are illustrations; no real operator's boat name, logo or brand is shown.
